DEnviro D:MAX Mobile Grit and Screenings Separation Unit
Our D:Max is used in conjunction with our Disab Vacloader and Liquid Ring artic tanker units for cleaning grit channels, PST, wet wells, and storm tanks.
By separating grit, the total tonnage of waste going to landfill can be reduced with some aggregate being diverted to recycling and what can’t be, the remaining waste is separated letting businesses benefit from lower landfill fees. The cost-savings can be substantial!
Vacuum Excavation/Vacuum Tankers
No need to hire a low-loader transporter to get a hired excavator to your site. With Enviro-Clean’s German engineered Vacuum tankers, the excavation technology is on wheels and we have a fleet of them ready for fast dispatch.
All our vacuum tankers are kitted out with single, double or triple fans. The air flow ranges possible are 9,000m3h, 45,000 m3h, up to a maximum 55,000 Pa. Our vac tankers will suck up stones, soil and other debris through a 200mm intake nozzle and can soak up liquids too.

Patch Lining and Patch Rehabilitation
Should any pipe either underground or above need repairing, pipe lining is the fastest way to get the job done with full structural integrity intact. As no dig specialists, we have the equipment ready to dispatch throughout Scotland letting contractors reach underground pipes without closing roads, blocking pedestrian access or incurring repair costs associated with rectifying excavation sites, e.g. re-surfacing and line marking.
Once on-site, and our skilled operators will get to work repairing underground pipes either putting a CIPP (Cure in Place Pipe – aka, a pipe within a pipe) patch on smaller pipe repairs and full-length patch liners can be used for longer length repairs. This is suitable for pipes of any material be it plastic, concrete, clay or cast iron, all shapes and pipe diameters from 100mm to 1.5m.

Trac-Vac
Enviro-Clean’s Trac-Vac is the most impressive off-road jetting unit in the country! This is the perfect no-dig equipment for any land that can’t be disturbed such as nature reserves and golf courses. Our Trac-Vac has completed projects successfully on Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park and Dundonald Links Golf Course. It’s equipped with a high-pressure water pump capable of lifting 400 litres per minute at 2500psi (170 bar) and the vacuum pump can vertically lift debris in excess of 20 metres making any clean up, even on beaches, fast and efficient.
